WHO OPERATES THIS STORE

Blewett Product Systems LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business under the Washington trade name Disrespectful Apparel, operates this store and is responsible for the privacy practices described here. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform.

This policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, stored, and protected when you visit the store, place an order, use support or order-problem forms, check a case, subscribe to communications, or otherwise contact us.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with the store, we may collect:

• Contact and order information, such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, telephone number if you provide one at checkout, order number, products, variants, transaction status, and delivery information.
• Support and claim information, such as the topic, issue description, requested remedy, communications, case number, status history, and evidence you submit, including photographs or documents.
• Account and preference information if Shopify customer-account features are used.
• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device identifiers, cookie data, pages viewed, and interaction data collected by Shopify and configured service providers.
• Marketing preferences and the email address submitted through a signup form.
• Payment and transaction information processed by Shopify and payment providers. Disrespectful Apparel does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers in the support case system.

SOURCES OF INFORMATION

We collect information directly from you, automatically through Shopify and related technologies, from payment and fraud-prevention providers, and from production, fulfillment, shipping, and communication providers when needed to process an order or case.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

• operate the store and provide requested products and services;
• process payments, orders, production, fulfillment, shipping, cancellations, and legally required refunds;
• create unique support or order-problem case numbers;
• validate claims, request missing evidence, prepare provider-review packets, track decisions, and maintain status history and audit records;
• send transactional acknowledgements, status updates, security notices, and replies;
• detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and false claims;
• maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the store and case system;
• comply with law, legal process, tax, accounting, recordkeeping, and dispute obligations; and
• send marketing communications only where permitted and with the required opt-out method. Promotional sending remains separate from transactional support and order messages.

HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We disclose personal information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including to:

• Shopify and its configured ecommerce, payment, fraud-prevention, analytics, and customer-service services;
• Printify and applicable production providers for manufacturing, fulfillment, shipment, and provider claim review;
• payment processors, carriers, and delivery providers;
• Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Apps Script for restricted case records, evidence, communications, and operational automation;
• technology, security, and professional service providers acting for the business;
• government agencies, courts, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or valid legal process; and
• a successor in a merger, sale, restructuring, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

We do not make customer evidence folders or case records publicly available. Customer case-status access requires the matching case credentials and is designed to disclose only the customer-safe case view.

COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING

Shopify and configured providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate checkout, remember preferences, detect fraud, measure use, and support configured advertising features. Available privacy choices and controls may vary by location and Shopify configuration. Shopify’s consumer privacy information is available at https://privacy.shopify.com/en.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

If you subscribe to marketing, you may unsubscribe using the link in a promotional email. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional order, security, support, or case messages. Disrespectful Apparel will not activate promotional email sending unless the message can include all disclosures required by law, including a valid postal address where required.

SECURITY

We use access restrictions, Workspace account controls, case credentials, audit history, and service-provider safeguards intended to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure. Do not email claim photographs, payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive evidence unless we specifically provide a secure method and request it.

RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for orders, customer service, claims, provider deadlines, fraud prevention, chargebacks, taxes, accounting, legal compliance, disputes, security, and enforcement. Different records may require different retention periods. Evidence and case records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal holds and required records. Backup and audit records may persist for a limited additional period before secure deletion.

CHILDREN

The store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact privacy@disrespectfulapparel.com about information submitted by a child.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an opt-out from certain uses or disclosures. You may also withdraw marketing consent or use an available privacy preference signal where legally recognized.

Submit a privacy request to privacy@disrespectfulapparel.com. We may need to verify the requester’s identity and authority before acting. We will not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right protected by law.

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Shopify and other providers may process information outside the jurisdiction where it was collected. Applicable safeguards and transfer mechanisms are used where required.

CHANGES

We may update this policy to reflect changes in practices, providers, or law. We will post the revised policy with an updated date and provide any additional notice required by law.
