OPERATOR

This store is operated by Blewett Product Systems LLC, a Washington limited liability company, doing business under the Washington trade name Disrespectful Apparel. In these Terms, “Disrespectful Apparel,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Blewett Product Systems LLC doing business as Disrespectful Apparel.

By visiting this site, submitting information, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. You may not use the store, products, forms, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity or attempt to interfere with the site, checkout, accounts, security, support system, or another person’s rights.

PRODUCTS AND PRESENTATION

Most products are made to order. We display product descriptions, colors, print placement, scale, materials, sizing information, and mockups as accurately as reasonably possible. Screens and lawful production tolerances can create minor variation. Goods must still materially conform to the listing, applicable warranties, and rights that cannot legally be waived.

We may correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, or discontinue products before an order is accepted. A product description, sample, mockup, or factual promise may create rights under applicable law; nothing here eliminates those rights.

ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. Applicable taxes, shipping methods, and any optional expedited or international charges are shown before purchase. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and an order confirmation is issued, subject to lawful fraud review and product availability.

We may cancel or limit orders affected by verified fraud indicators, obvious pricing or listing errors, unavailable variants, or legal restrictions. If we cancel after payment, the affected charge will be reversed or refunded as required by law.

SHIPPING AND DELAYS

We will ship within the time stated when the order is placed or, when no time is stated, within the period required by federal law. If we cannot ship within that time, we will provide the required delay notice and offer the customer the choice to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt full refund. Production and carrier estimates do not eliminate those rights. See the Shipping Policy for the controlling process.

Standard U.S. shipping is included where the product page or checkout says so. Faster or international methods may cost extra. Risk of loss and delivery obligations remain governed by applicable law.

RETURNS, DEFECTS, AND ORDER PROBLEMS

We do not accept ordinary change-of-mind returns, preference returns, or returns caused solely by selecting the wrong size or color. This rule does not apply to merchandise that is defective, damaged, misprinted, materially misrepresented, incorrectly fulfilled, missing, or otherwise subject to a nonwaivable legal remedy.

Submit the order-problem form with the order number and required evidence. Do not mail anything to us or a production partner unless the claims team gives written instructions. Any approved physical return goes only to the destination supplied for that specific approved case. A requested remedy is not guaranteed, but remedies required by law remain available. See the Return and Refund Policy for the controlling process.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Disrespectful Apparel name, artwork, graphics, product copy, photographs, logos, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer a right to reproduce, distribute, create commercial copies of, train models on, or otherwise commercially exploit protected artwork or site content.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store uses third-party services for ecommerce, payment, production, fulfillment, communications, cloud storage, and shipping, including Shopify and fulfillment providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for our own obligations and will handle supported order problems through the published process.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not attack, overload, bypass, or misuse the store; upload malicious code; infringe rights; impersonate another person; submit false claims or evidence; scrape protected content in violation of law or these Terms; or use the site to harass, threaten, discriminate, or commit fraud.

DISCLAIMER

Except where prohibited by law, the site and its non-product content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every product or variant will remain available. This disclaimer does not exclude product warranties, consumer remedies, or other obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blewett Product Systems LLC and Disrespectful Apparel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. This limitation does not apply where prohibited and does not limit remedies that cannot legally be limited.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blewett Product Systems LLC, doing business as Disrespectful Apparel, and its service providers from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Washington, without eliminating any mandatory consumer protection that applies where a customer resides.

SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
